Over the past few years, there has definitely been a lot of talk about the value of practising self-care and developing a routine. The concept of taking care of one's physical and mental health with a holistic (whole body) approach is admirable, but it can be a little daunting.
Today we are celebrating the boss-mans birthday. In true Josh style, he has dragged his birthday out over a few weeks, with an overly extravagant party last weekend followed up by more celebrations this weekend for his actual birthday. Believe me when I tell you, we’re all going to need another break to recover and let our livers heal, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
