This week on Meet the Team we have Bailey! Bailey may be the youngest Scrubba Body team member, but he's probably the coolest and most stylish too!
SB: How long have you worked for Scrubba?
Bailey: I have worked at Scrubba for a year now.
SB: What is your fave job to do?
Bailey: My fave job would have to be serving our amazing customers!
SB: Fave 3 Scrubba products?
Bailey: My favourite 3 scrubba products would have to be the Watermelon lip balm, the vanilla sparkle coffee scrub and the tobacco and oak candle. You absolutely cannot go past these three things.
SB: What do you like most about working at Scrubba?
Bailey: What I like most about working for Scrubba would be supporting such an amazing home-grown small business. Also having my two cousins as my boss isn’t so bad either.
SB: 3 words that sum up working at Scrubba Body?
Life Outside of Scrubba
SB: What do you do for fun (hobbies/activities)?
Bailey: If I’m not on the tennis court I will most likely be hanging out with friends or gardening in the backyard.
SB: What is your #1 'self-care' thing you do to wind-down & relax?
Bailey: Whenever the stress gets the better of me and I need to wind down I will often hop in the shower with some music and use my vanilla sparkle coffee scrub followed by my green clay mask.
SB: There's a movie being made about your life - who is starring as you?Bailey: I genuinely have no idea but if I had to have someone starring as me I would have to say Timothee Chalamet.

In last weeks’ blog we talked about the amazing benefits of regularly practicing gratitude; Improved mental & physical health, self-esteem boosting, relationship building. So it’s no secret that we are all about that gratitude life now. But what’s the best way to practice gratitude? How do we do it? Is there an easy way?
There isn’t one, simple way of practicing gratitude that is going to work for everyone (well, we haven’t found it yet). But here are the ways that have been working for our team & hopefully you’ll find a few that suit you too.
According to research, practicing gratitude as a kind of self-care is one approach to achieve a healthier, less-stressed life. Regular expressions of thankfulness have been linked to improved optimism, better sleep, fewer physical ills, and lower levels of anxiety and depression.
Here are a few reasons to get your mind and body in the zone for more positive thoughts;
With its creamy texture and natural sweetness, coconut milk tastes like it should be bad for you. And yet, it's anything but! And did you realise that coconut milk isn't really "milk" at all? It is a liquid that is naturally present in mature coconuts and is kept inside the "meat" of the coconut. Coconut water is the liquid that comes out when a fresh coconut is cracked open. However, the coconut "meat" becomes a thicker coconut "milk" when it is blended and strained.
But why do we love it so much!? For the skin benefits of course. Check out some of the reasons that make our Coconut Bath Milk one of our favourite (and most popular) products that we make!
