Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Even within 24 hours in most cases. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If, for any reason, there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If you feel like your delivery has taken longer than it should, please check the tracking details or email us (info@scrubbabody.com.au) to follow up.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes (International Orders Only)
Scrubba Body is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your order has arrived damaged in any way, please contact us immediately. Please provide pictures of the damages so that we can chase up with the courier. Scrubba Body accepts responsibility for any damages and we will send you a replacement immediately.
Please send any pictures and comments to us (info@scrubbabody.com.au) so that we are able to seek reimbursement from the courier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
