It’s been a wild ride ol’ 2021. Full of cliches “It can’t be as bad as last year”, “Such a rollercoaster” and “we’re all in this together” plus a hundred more to that effect. I don’t want to lie and say this was a great year but instead of dwelling on the lows, I wanted to remember and celebrate the highs.

This week we have Grace! Grace started with Scrubba Body as a Christmas casual who is now studying Uni in Sydney, but that doesn't stop her from coming back to help us out on Uni holidays and weekends, AND WE LOVE HER FOR THAT!
I feel like it’s something we’ve been hearing for our whole lives, ‘Get more sleep’ but sleep hygiene is an often overlooked part of everyone’s self care regime that we all need to try a little bit harder to conquer. Personally, I’ve had insomnia since I was very very young so anytime there is an article on how to get better sleep, believe that I have read it and tried it. And all the fads, tried them too. Here are the ways that I know will help you on your way to great sleep hygiene and better overall self safe.
We all need a little or a lot of self-care sometimes. That doesn’t always mean throwing on a face mask and binging Law & Order SVU with a glass of red (although when you do, THIS is the face mask to use). Self-care is about YOU looking after your mind, body and soul. So over the coming weeks we wanted to talk about some of our favourite ways to self care that cover more than just what you see on your ig feed. This week I want to talk about meditating.
